An enterprising and highly networked entrepreneur who graduated from the American University with a Bachelors degree, attained a Masters in Business Administration from the Hull University and proceeded ahead to do his PHD from the Ashford University. At the beginning of his career, he rose to a high ranked position of a Deputy Director General at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which gave him the diligence and the position to influence the in flux of business opportunities in Dubai. During the course of his tenure, through his gained experiences and a dynamic persona, he held positions of renowned regional and international institutions such as the Dubai Quality Group, the Arab Union for International Exhibitions and Conferences (AUIEC), the American Arbitration Association. His work experience led him to venture into the Engineering/ Construction and Interior Design Industry and today he heads Technosteel (a multidisciplinary engineering and interior design firm with a global presence).He is also being actively involved as a member of the Dubai Judicial Rent Committee.

Mr. Khamis Juma Khamis Bu Amim was elected President and Chief Executive OfficeroftheRegionalCleanSeaOrganization– RECSO on April 1, 2007. He was the Chairman of the organization representing Dubai Petroleum Company since 2004. Prior to joining RECSO, Mr. Bu Amim was with Conoco and Conoco Phillips for 25 years in various management positions including Vice President of Dubai Petroleum Company (2002-2007), a Conoco Phillips affiliatecompanyintheUnitedArab Emirates.
Mr. Bu Amim also served as the secretary general of the UAE oil and gas Human Resources Group, lead in the Dubai Petroleum Management Incident Command System, Member of International Human Resources Management, Advisor to the Gulf Career Development Forum, Secretary General of the Dubai Government Oil Spill Task Force, the Crises Management Team of Dubai and the Region and Senior MENA region advisor- Global Energy.
Mr. Bu Amim earned a degree in Business management and economics and higher accreditation on the International Human Resources Management from the UK and has various outstanding accomplishments and certificationincludingtheNational Management Certification in the Incident Command Systems from Texas – USA.

Commencing his medical career in the year 1990 in Bolgna University, he gained the President ship of the Aminah Foudation for Cardiac Disease in 1997 and also is the President of the Italian Emirates Friendship Association since 2004.
He is also an active member of renowned institutions like the European Association of Cardio Thoracic Surgery (EACTS), CTSNET.org, General Medical Council – UK (GMC) and the Italian Association of Cardiac Surgeons (SICCH).
Among his personal principle interests feature minimal invasive cardiac surgery, medical areas, computer, sports especially Tennis and Traveling.

Mr. Fakhouri, is a health care management manager with over 28 years of experience in the field of healthcare services and management in the private and public sectors supported by a formal education and training in health care management.
His higher education includes a BS degree in Environmental Health and a Masters Degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, both from the American University of Beirut.
Mr. Fakhouri’s work experience in health care management spans from hospital management to planning, coordinating and managing Primary Health Care Services.
He covered a wide range of managerial positions in different organizational settings.
The management assignments included positions of health programs coordinator, assistant director for hospitals and primary health care, hospital administrator, health care management planner, trainer and health care management consultant.
These assignments covered the private and public health care sector mainly in Lebanon, Kuwait and UAE.
His health care development activities included planning, developing, organizing, training, attending and lecturing in various healthcare conferences, seminars and workshops.

Dr. Al Malik is an advisor and the General Supervisor of International Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education in Saudi Arabia (MOHE). Dr. Al Malik provides clear vision and strategic planning to position MOHE as the leading participant in reshaping the Saudi Education System.
Prior to joining the Ministry of Higher Education, he was the Head of Knowledge Based Industries sector at the Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority (SAGIA).He in fact was behind building the KBI sector and developing the SAGIA strategy for encouraging the Kingdom at large to take an important initiative to be a future knowledge base society.
Dr. Al Malik worked for 9 years as Deputy Executive Director, (Medical Director) Medical Services, Central Region at the National Guard Health affairs. He spearheaded several innovations in healthcare approaches and strategies for resource utilization and cost containment;
Dr. Al Malik carefully balances a busy management role with his clinical work as a consultant in Allergy and Clinical Immunology. He has obtained the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. For his role in management, he obtained a Master Degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard School of Public Health. He is also qualified as a Certified Physician Executive and been awarded the Diplomat of the American College of Physician Executive.
Dr. Al Malik was a short term consultant in Health Management with the World Health Organization; He was also a consultant for the Joint Commission International and contributed to developing International hospital standards. He also works as an advisor for number of local and international healthcare organization. Dr. Al Malik was one of the 4 individuals who wrote the concept paper for the new King Abdullah University for Science and Technology. He was hired as a consultant for the KAUST and was also chosen as an advisor for King Saud University. He is also involved in developing the National Innovation Echo-system at the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.
Dr Al Malik has several publications and abstracts. He had developed a well attended course titled “Cost Control and Quality improvement strategies for Healthcare Executives” which was awarded 12 credit hours by the American Academy for Continuous Medical Education.
